This is a plain-language summary of how resolvedai works. It is not legal advice.
resolvedai is an AI debate-coaching tool operated by an individual. You can reach us anytime at michael1.raspudic@gmail.com.
Account. Your email address and password. Passwords are stored hashed by our authentication system — we never see or store your plaintext password.
Round data. The audio you upload, the transcripts generated from it, and the rounds, flows, corrections, and AI-coach conversations you create in the app.
Usage analytics. When enabled, basic cookieless product analytics (which features are used and where people leave). Analytics is currently disabled and does nothing unless we turn it on.
We use your information to provide and operate the service — transcribing audio, building flows, generating judge-style verdicts, and powering the AI coach — to keep your account working, and to improve the product. Analytics, when enabled, helps us understand feature usage and drop-off in aggregate.
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate. Microsoft Azure (Azure OpenAI and Azure Speech) processes your audio and text to generate transcripts and analysis. The app runs on a private server we control. PostHog provides cookieless product analytics when enabled.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data to train third-party AI models beyond what is needed to return your own results.
We keep your data until you delete it. Deleting a round removes its stored audio; deleting your account removes your rounds and associated data.
Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, and your data is accessible only through your account. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
resolvedai is intended for users 13 and older. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. A parent or guardian may contact us to review or delete a minor's information.
You can view, edit, and delete your rounds and corrections in the app, and delete your account at any time. For any other request about your data, email us at michael1.raspudic@gmail.com.
