This is a plain-language summary of how resolvedai works. It is not legal advice.
By creating an account or using resolvedai ("the service"), you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
resolvedai is an AI tool that analyzes competitive debate rounds: it transcribes audio, builds a flow, produces a judge-style verdict, and offers AI coaching.
All analysis, flows, and verdicts are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong. They are practice aids, not a substitute for a qualified coach, judge, or your own judgment. Do not rely on them for high-stakes decisions.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
You agree to upload only audio you have the right to use. Do not upload recordings of other people without their consent. Do not use the service for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive, and do not attempt to scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt it.
You keep ownership of the rounds and audio you upload. You grant resolvedai a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you — for example, to transcribe audio and generate analysis. We do not claim ownership of your work.
To keep the service available and affordable, we may apply reasonable usage limits, such as caps on uploads or AI-coach messages per day. We may adjust these limits over time.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or abuse the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, resolvedai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
